Refund Policy

Vouched App, Inc. (d/b/a Candor) · Effective July 22, 2026 · Version 1.0

All purchases are made through the Apple App Store. Because Apple processes every Candor membership and credit purchase, refunds are handled by Apple under its App Store terms — not directly by Candor. This page explains how to request a refund, how to cancel, and how credits and terminated accounts are treated.

App Store purchases are refunded by Apple

Candor does not process payments and cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases directly. To request a refund for a membership or credit purchase, use Apple’s process at reportaproblem.apple.com:

Apple decides whether to grant a refund according to its own policies. Approvals, timing, and the method of any refund are determined by Apple.

How to cancel

You can cancel an auto-renewing subscription at any time from your Apple ID settings (on iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not by itself refund a charge that has already been made. If you cancel, you keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. See our Pricing page for tier and billing details.

Credits are non-refundable

No refunds on terminated accounts

If your account is suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, you are not entitled to any refund of memberships or credits, and any remaining credits or paid time are forfeited to the extent permitted by law.

Charged in error

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge you did not authorize — first request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, since Apple is the merchant of record. If you need help or the issue involves your Candor account specifically, contact us at info@candortheapp.com and we will do what we can to assist, though the refund decision itself rests with Apple.
