Acceptable Use Policy

Vouched App, Inc. (d/b/a Candor) · Effective July 22, 2026 · Version 1.0

Candor is built on trust. This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is and is not allowed on Candor. It applies to everyone who uses the Candor mobile app and candortheapp.com (together, the “Service”), and it forms part of our Terms of Service. Breaking these rules can result in content removal, suspension, or a permanent ban, and in serious cases we will refer conduct to law enforcement.

1. Who can use Candor

2. What you may not do

2.1 Harm to people

You may not use Candor to threaten, harass, stalk, bully, intimidate, defame, or incite violence against any person, or to endanger anyone’s safety.

Human trafficking and exploitation are strictly prohibited. You may not use Candor to engage in, facilitate, promote, advertise, solicit, or attempt human trafficking or the sexual exploitation of any person — including sex trafficking, forced labor, and the commercial sexual exploitation of others. You may not aid, abet, encourage, or provide instructions for the abuse, exploitation, or endangerment of any person. You may not use the Service to groom, coerce, deceive, or lure any person into abuse or exploitation.

Child safety. The sexual exploitation or abuse of minors, and any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), is absolutely prohibited. We report such content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement, and we cooperate with their investigations. See our Information for Law Enforcement.

2.2 Deception and fraud

2.3 Prohibited content

2.4 Misuse of the Service

3. Vouching and introductions

Vouches and nominations carry your name and your credibility. Only vouch for people you actually know, and only write what you have a good-faith basis to believe is true. Do not use vouches or nominations to harass, defame, mislead, or retaliate against anyone, and do not trade, sell, or solicit vouches. A person you nominate or introduce can decline, and any person may request removal of information others have shared about them as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Video and written content

Candor lets you share written posts and comments, written vouches, and video vouches. You are responsible for everything you submit, whether text or video. All content — including video — must comply with this Policy: no trafficking, exploitation, abuse, non-consensual or sexual content, harassment, or unlawful material. Only record and upload video of yourself or of people who have consented to appear, and never content that depicts or promotes any of the conduct prohibited in Section 2. We may review, remove, or restrict content and use automated and human review to enforce these rules.

5. Enforcement

When content or conduct violates this Policy, we may — at our discretion and depending on severity — remove content, issue a warning, limit account features, suspend an account, or permanently terminate an account. Conduct that involves trafficking, exploitation, abuse of a person, child safety, or an imminent threat to safety may result in immediate termination and referral to law enforcement and, where applicable, NCMEC. We may preserve and disclose information as described in our Privacy Policy and Information for Law Enforcement.

6. Reporting a violation

If you see content or behavior that violates this Policy, report it in the app using the report tools, or contact our safety team at info@candortheapp.com. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. We review reports and take action consistent with this Policy.
